French Collections Agent Hybrid | Miraflores, Algés

Are you fluent in French and have experience in cash collection? Do you want to work in a multinational environment with career growth opportunities? Then this role is for you!

Your Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of clients within an international setting
Ensure timely payments and follow up on overdue accounts
Handle customer complaints and forward them to the relevant subsidiaries
Retrieve missing accounting information via phone and email
Diplomatically negotiate and reinforce company policies
Maintain accurate records of interactions and complaints
Identify and propose solutions for customer account issues
Build strong relationships with internal teams (SSC & subsidiaries) and external contacts (clients)

What Were Looking For
Fluent in French (C1)
English (B1)
Advanced Excel & SAP skills
3 years of experience in cash collection or a similar role (experience in a shared service center is a plus)
Strong finance knowledge and attention to detail

Monday to Friday | 08H - 17H
40h/week schedule
Base Salary 1.200
Meal Allowance 9.60/day
